Refund Policy
All custom work is final sale because they are made specifically for you. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. You do have multiple opportunities throughout the design process to make changes to the design and fit. 

Alterations & Repair Policy
As we custom make each size for our client, your dress will not require additional alterations. However, we understand that bodies change and are happy to re-fit your custom gown after your wedding date for a fee. For specific quotes, please contact us at julianna@julesmarie.co. 
We offer a one year warranty on custom work and will repair and replace reasonable damage made to your dress such as button replacements, or worn down seams. The warranty does not cover damage to your dress that is not the result of manufacturing defects, such as fabric stains or tears. If you are unsure, please email a photo of your dress to julianna@julesmarie.co and we will make personalized recommendations on how to proceed.

Payment
Once you've agreed to your custom design, we require a 50% deposit to start the process and the final 50% upon delivery or earlier. Until payment is received in full, JulesMarie Design Studio will maintain ownership of the work.
